A meaningful and guidance-oriented discussion session was held with the office staff, security guards, and cleaners of Banani DOHS Porishod. The session was attended by the respected President, Vice President, Member (Admin), and the Imam of Banani DOHS Mosque. The discussion focused on responsibility, discipline, punctuality, teamwork, and sincerity in performing assigned duties. Various important guidelines were also provided to improve work efficiency, accelerate progress, enhance the quality of services, and ensure more dedicated and responsible service to the residents. All staff members were encouraged to perform their respective duties with integrity, dedication, sincerity, and professionalism. The session is expected to strengthen employee motivation, awareness, and sense of responsibility while contributing to the overall improvement of services at Banani DOHS.
